Peter is a member of Chartwell’s Corporate Finance practice and supports senior professionals with preparation of marketing materials, offering memoranda, management presentations, cash flow modeling, and valuation analysis.
Prior to joining Chartwell, Peter worked as an attorney at Wuliger, Fadel, & Beyer (WFB), in Cleveland, Ohio, focusing on securities litigation and complex business litigation. Previous to WFB, Peter spent two years with ABN AMRO in Chicago as a member of the internal corporate development team, specifically supporting ABN AMRO’s North American commercial banking franchise, LaSalle Bank. His primary roles included developing detailed forecasting and budgeting, monthly and quarterly profitability analysis, capital allocation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Peter is a Registered Representative with Chartwell affiliate, CCS Transactions, LLC and holds a FINRA Series 79 license.
Peter earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Management, focusing on Banking and Finance, as well as his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve’s School of Law, specializing in business law. Peter graduated cum laude with a BS in Finance and a BA in History from Miami University in Ohio.
