Tom is an investment banker for Chartwell’s Corporate Finance practice and focuses on Capital Markets Advisory services. Tom has worked on both domestic and cross-border public and private debt transactions across a range of industries, with a specialty in aerospace transactions.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Tom founded LIFT Aviation, where he focused on financial advisory and capital raising projects for aviation clients in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. As an investment banking Principal at LIFT, Tom executed transactions for leasing companies, airlines, private equity funds, and aviation service providers.

Prior to forming LIFT, Tom worked at ABN AMRO Bank in the United States and in The Netherlands. During his 13-year career at ABN AMRO, Tom originated, structured, and distributed structured, multiple public and private debt transactions for North American, European, and Asian clients, including oil and gas, commodity, manufacturing, transportation, and securitization deals. Additionally, Tom managed the bank’s extensive North American aviation portfolio and, in the aftermath of 9/11, was asked to manage the bank’s global portfolio. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Tom worked at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as a member of their Media team and later as a member of their Capital Markets group.

Tom received a Bachelor of Art Degree from Wheaton College (Illinois), where he majored in Economics. Tom is a member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading.
